Second Anniversary Celebrated as Service Excellence Award Finalists
At The Walcote Practice, we were delighted to celebrate our second anniversary with a Winchester Business Excellence Award finalist’s certificate for customer service excellence. The event was held in Winchester Guildhall on the evening of Friday 2nd June.
Dr Nicholas Hillier and Dr Sinead Doherty opened The Walcote Practice at 37 Southgate Street in Winchester on June 1st 2015. Just two years later, The Walcote Practice has over 2,600 registered patients and has been nominated for, been a finalist in and won multiple business awards.
Dr Doherty said, “Our team works hard to deliver and maintain very high standards of customer service as each and every one of us believes that this is an integral part of excellent medical care. We are therefore really excited to have won our third finalist’s certificate for customer service excellence. Knowing that our patients feel that The Walcote Practice has had a very positive impact on their health is extremely rewarding.”
