New: Build Your Own Healthplan At The Walcote Practice
The Walcote Practice in Winchester is delighted to announce that today marks the launch of our updated Annual Healthplan offering in which patients can now ‘Build Your Own Healthplan’.
Since The Walcote Practice opened over 10 years ago, our Annual Healthplan subscription has been popular with patients seeking flexible, regular, rapid and convenient access to an experienced Private GP for personalised healthcare throughout the year.
Our flexible new Healthplan structure furthers enhances this by enabling patients to build a specific, bespoke Healthplan to suit their unique individual, family or group requirements. Patients can now easily:
- Create a tailored Healthplan to meet their particular personal, family or group needs
- Purchase additional Healthplan appointments during the year, if desired
- Continue to benefit from the core elements of our Private GP Healthplan offering, i.e. discounted appointments alongside free access to a host of additional services
Once patients have built their Annual Healthplan, the subscription will include the following throughout the year for the Named Individuals on the Healthplan:
- Multiple Private GP consultations per year**
- Priority Appointments
- Full Annual Health Check for one or more adults**
- Telephone reviews of up to 10 minutes and brief email exchanges**
- All vaccine and travel advice
- All repeat prescriptions (excluding controlled drug prescriptions) and reasonable admin
- Annual flu vaccination for any named adults on the Healthplan
**Excludes laboratory and investigation costs which, if needed, will be charged additionally. At the doctor’s discretion, longer telephone consultations or email exchanges may be charged or counted as a Healthplan consultation. Maximum of two home visits per year per Healthplan within a 20 minute drive of The Walcote Practice.
Our Annual Healthplan subscriptions offer excellent value and, if desired, enable patients to spread lower payments throughout the year to cover a patient, their family or group for their Private GP healthcare.
